By using the habajee website and mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. habajee is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between habajee and you, the user. habajee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be informed of any changes via email and SMS.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using habajee and contact our support team to close your account.

Account Registration & Usage

Section 02

When opening an account on habajee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts registered with false details may be suspended at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

  • Each user is allowed only One Account can be held.
  • Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account is strictly prohibited.
  • The mobile number provided during registration must be active and belong to you.
  • Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
  • If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact habajee support immediately.

Habajee conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required before withdrawals are processed. This is done entirely for your protection.

Playing on someone else's account, or allowing others to use yours, is strictly prohibited. Both accounts will be closed if this occurs.

Age Requirement & Eligibility

Section 03

To register and play on habajee, you must be at least 18 Years years of age. Underage accounts will be closed immediately — all deposits will be refunded, but any winnings will be forfeited.

Habajee encourages parents to use parental controls on their devices and to keep their login credentials away from children.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same mobile banking number.
  • Deposits from another person's account are not accepted.
  • Withdrawal limits are lower for accounts without KYC verification.
  • If habajee delays any withdrawal request, it will be resolved within a maximum of 24 hours.

Use of funds from money laundering or illegal sources will result in legal action and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Section 05

To enjoy habajee's bonuses and promotional offers, the following terms apply. We always communicate bonus conditions clearly — no surprises.

  • Welcome Bonus: Available on first deposit only. Each player is eligible once.
  • Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. These must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
  • Validity: Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire.
  • Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only usable on specific games. Full details are provided with each offer.
  • Across Multiple Accounts: The same person cannot claim bonuses across multiple accounts.

Habajee reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme. However, wagering requirements for already-activated bonuses will not be changed.

Using bonuses is entirely optional. You can play and withdraw using your regular balance without activating any bonus.

Betting Rules & Results Policy

Section 06

All betting activity on habajee is conducted fairly and impartially. Once a bet is placed, no changes can be made — so please confirm your bets carefully.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled.
  • If a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
  • Odds may change during live betting — only the final odds at the time of placement will be used for settlement.
  • If a bet is accepted at an abnormal odds due to a technical error, habajee reserves the right to void it.
  • Habajee reserves the right to void bets if match-fixing or foul play is suspected.

Any attempt to exploit system bugs or glitches for unusual gains will result in all winnings being voided and may lead to permanent account closure.

Prohibited Activities

Section 07

Any of the following actions will be considered a direct violation of habajee's terms and conditions, and immediate action will be taken:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
  • Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
  • Using habajee for money laundering purposes.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
  • Harassing other players or engaging in abusive behaviour.
  • Placing bets using insider information about a match.

If such activity is detected, habajee will close the account, forfeit the balance, and report the matter to law enforcement if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

Section 08

Habajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  1. If evidence of a terms violation is found.
  2. If information provided during KYC verification is found to be false.
  3. If suspicious financial activity is detected.
  4. At the user's own request (Self-Exclusion).
  5. Extended inactivity (12+ months).

If a permanently closed account holds a valid balance, it will be returned subject to verification. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of closure due to a terms violation.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Habajee believes gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we place a strong emphasis on responsible gaming.

  • Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • Time Limit: Decide in advance how much time you'll spend playing each day.
  • Reality Check: habajee will periodically remind you how long you've been playing.
  • Temporary Break: A break of 24 hours up to 30 days can be taken.
  • Self-Exclusion: The option to close your own account is available at any time.

  • Major changes: users will be notified by email and SMS at least 30 days in advance.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you will have the opportunity to close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.
